Everyone Active had an in-house benefits platform that wasn’t quite delivering. The range of perks was limited, brand recognition was low, and managing it internally took up far too much of their team's time and effort.
 
With the launch of their new Perks+ membership, they were also looking for a solution that could support upsell efforts and improve member retention.

Solution

After several collaborative sessions to understand their goals and ambitions, we built a fully branded, custom platform packed with high-quality, exclusive perks that they couldn't get access to themselves.
 
We took care of everything, from the initial setup to the ongoing management and development, freeing up the Everyone Active team to focus on other priorities.
 
To support their Perks+ upsell strategy, we introduced tiered perks: standard members got a curated, restricted selection, while Perks+ members unlocked premium, high-value rewards. This clear distinction helped drive more Perks+ sales, increasing their overall revenue. 

Results

The results speak for themselves:
  • 400% Increase in Visits to the benefits area after switching from their in-house platform.
     
  • 88.7% Growth in Perks+ Memberships sold in 2024 vs. 2023, directly following the Club Perks rollout.
     
  • £3M in Additional Revenue: Adding Club Perks to their premium tier increased ARPU by £1+, driving £3M in extra annual revenue.
     
  • Longer Retention: Average user retention grew by 0.5 months, with monthly gains ranging from 0.3 to 1.1 months.
